Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Conidelivery collects, how we use it to move your packages, and the choices you have over your data.

Effective: September 22, 2026 Applies to: conidelivery.com & portal.conidelivery.com
1

Information We Collect

To create shipments, process payments, and deliver packages accurately, Conidelivery collects the following types of information:

Category Examples
Account Data Name, email address, phone number, business name, password
Shipment Data Pickup and delivery addresses, recipient contact details, package size and weight
Payment Data Billing address and payment card details, processed securely by our payment provider
Usage Data Pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address
Location Data Pickup, delivery, and real-time driver location used to route and track shipments
2

How We Use Your Information

  • Creating, routing, and delivering your shipments
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts or invoices
  • Providing real-time tracking and delivery notifications
  • Verifying your identity and securing your account
  • Responding to support requests and resolving delivery issues
  • Improving our website, portal, and service reliability
  • Sending service updates and, where you've opted in, promotional messages
3

Location & Tracking Data

Because delivery is our core service, location data is central to how Conidelivery works. Pickup and delivery addresses are used to route your shipment, and drivers' real-time location is used to power live tracking shown in the Customer Portal.

Note: Location data tied to a specific shipment is retained only as long as needed to complete delivery and resolve any related claims — see Data Retention.
4

Who We Share Data With

We share your information only where necessary to deliver our services or meet legal obligations:

  • Drivers and delivery partners, to complete pickup and drop-off
  • Third-party freight carriers, for shipments that require partner networks
  • Payment processors, to securely handle transactions
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers, who help us run our website and portal
  • Law enforcement or regulators, when required by law or to protect against fraud

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and portal, remember your preferences, and understand how our services are used. For full details on the categories of cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.

6

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Shipment records are typically retained for several years to support claims, audits, and tax obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

7

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure payment processing — to protect your information. While no system is completely immune to risk, we work to promptly identify and address any vulnerabilities.

8
